Our prices are determined on a per-project basis. A formal contract will be provided for each project detailing payment schedules, deposits, and any additional fees.
4. Project Delivery and Timeline
While we strive to meet agreed-upon timelines, any delays caused by external factors or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly to clients. SoCal Developments is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including suppliers and weather conditions.
5. Liability and Warranty
SoCal Developments provides a warranty on the work completed. For construction services, the warranty covers issues related to craftsmanship and materials used. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by external factors like environmental changes or wear and tear.
6. Confidentiality
All confidential information shared during the course of the project will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties unless required by law or with prior consent.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration. If mediation fails, the dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts in California.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of California.

SoCal Developments reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and become effective immediately upon publication.
